Cloud Operations

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- 10 to 15 years’ experience in engineering, technical and operations role preferably in a cloud services environment
- Ability to create dashboards in any standard environment like Smartsheet, Excel etc.
- Familiarity with cloud cost management and optimization techniques (Cloud FinOps) and/or Certifications in cloud platforms and business operations (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Cloud Practitioner, ITIL).
- Familiarity with any Agile development methodology like Scrum, Spotify model, SAFe, etc.
- Understanding of cloud services and related technologies, such as AWS (preferred), Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional multi-site teams and stakeholders.
