- Demonstrable experience of 10+ years in driving sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in leading sales for Payer/Provider domain or related roles in an Information Technology services/consultancy company (must have).
- Direct experience selling to clients in the US and/or Canada.
- Knowledge of healthcare/life science industry business models and regulatory landscape generally and a deep understanding of Payor/Provider strategic drivers and value chain workflow (must have).
- Familiarity and fluency with a broad range of healthcare/life science IT applications (e.g. EHR, practice management, claims management, patient engagement, population health) and health application integration/interoperability standards and approaches (e.g. IHE best practices) (preferred).
- Demonstrable ability to professionally communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Demonstrable experience in technical sales and solutions based on customer needs, especially in the areas of cloud, data, and artificial intelligence (must have).
- Excellent listening, communication (written and verbal), and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiating contracts.
- Experience forecasting and tracking sales lifecycle and metrics.
