- Experience in monitoring – for e.g. CloudWatch alert
- Analysing error logs and troubleshoot or Escalating to next level
- AWS L2 support
- Linux Knowledge
Good to Have Skillset:
- Basic exposure or Capable to learn – CI/CD pipeline, Container, Jenkins, GitHub\GitLab
- Creating Webbooks for Pipeline execution
- Jenkins job Creation
- Technically learning mindset
Communication:
- This position communicates with all levels of personnel throughout the company.
- He/she shall provide instruction with the technical operation of systems, and is responsible to communicate to his/her supervisor on the status of work accomplished.
