- The candidate is a SME in Solar wind Network Monitoring tool
- Ideally candidate is a senior person with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in network management and Network monitoring role
- Has worked in Solar Winds NMS tool for a minimum of 4-5 years
- Ideally a person either living in Mumbai or ready to relocate to Mumbai
- Experience in implementing network and systems monitoring solutions using Solar Winds suite of products – NPM + Poller, SAM, NTA, NCM + VNQM
- Solar Winds Module NPM SAM WPM administration, configuration, troubleshooting, maintaining Configuring Application Monitoring Web Transaction Monitoring, Creating Customized Reports, Managing Alerts.
- Technical activities expected
- HA setup for Solar Winds infra
- Trouble shooting & perform failover in respect to Solar Winds infrastructure.
- Solar Winds Modules Upgradation
- Monitoring Server health and related issues with Solar Winds
- On boarding / Off boarding of Devices & enabling / disabling Interfaces for them
- Setup job for scheduling the backup of devices
- Create custom dashboard as per the company requirement
- Setup report for accounts & Schedule them as per the requirement
- Extract Alert / event / syslog of devices as per the requirement
- Performs event management, basic troubleshooting, incident management and infrastructure restorations to supported assets.
- Should be a team player, should communicate well with other teams, participate in discussions and provide solutions to technical issues
- Daily / Weekly Report preparation based on the specified already agreed format and sending the same to pre-assigned set of recipients
