- Hands on experience in Networking, Security, Firewalls configuration, VPN, Email security O365
- Worked on Cloud – AWS/O365 + Azure/Oracle/GCP
- Assist and manage the design, implementation and smooth running of IT, audio visual and communications services and associated infrastructure Information Technology
- Identify opportunities for system and service enhancement and suggest improvement plans
- Implementation and monitoring of IT service level agreements
- Specify, procure and manage externally-hosted IT services
- Keep up to date with technology trends and developments
- A deep understanding of the interdependent relationship between infrastructure, information security and the applications/services they enable as well as the criticality of maintaining strong connections between the respective teams within IT globally.
- Establish and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with vendors and service suppliers
- 4-5 years of experience in relevant field
