- Demonstrable experience in cloud / SaaS services sales and / or delivery with a deep understanding of the role of embedded services organizations and the impact of time to value for customers.
- Proven experience in one or more of the following of the following 1) project management, especially in an IT related position, 2) scrum master and/or product owner, 3) previous experience as a seller, sales operations specialist, or active participation in developing or maintaining the sales pipeline for both process and reporting (optional, but desired) Previous experience working with Google as a direct Google partner, and understanding of Google’s business language
- Experience pricing, drafting, and/or processing ProServ SOWs up to $250k USD in value.
- Beginning understanding of pre-sales process and best practices, key KPI’s and behaviors.
- Basic understanding of revenue principles related to service delivery
- Outstanding precision and a systematic approach to creating, scrubbing, and preparing data sets
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Sheets (or similar spreadsheet platforms)
- Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite (user, not admin)
- Strong writing and visual articulation skills, and the ability to create high quality artifacts and documentation.
