Creating service account

Select the Project
Go to IAM dashboard and Service accounts
You can enter the name of the service account and then click on Create and continue
In this tab you can assign the roles or the permission for the service account so let’s say that I would be assigning this service account to a compute engine instance and that compute engine instance would be managing all the other services in Google cloud so in that scenario I’ll give this service account editor role
