- Experience: 5-8 years
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory Design and Management in Enterprise clients (> 10K objects ) both On-Prem and Azure AD
- AD Sync support, Azure Active Directory global administration knowledge
- O365 admin knowledge and administration
- Day to day call handle related to O365 user issues and common known issues
- Experience in documenting the SOP for day to day support on O365 platform / user issues
- O365 device management and support experience
- Strong understanding and background of working with a complex Active Directory, LDAP, and PKI infrastructure and the requirement of strictly following standards, procedure, and processes
- Advanced detailed knowledge in AD architecture and infrastructure (LDAP, Directory Replication, group policy, security, schema changes, etc.)
- Hands on with certificate management and routine health check on DC’s and key function infra servers
- Experience designing and deploying Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) / Directory AD-Sync configurations
- Strong network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, DHCP, etc.)
- Windows Server 2012 / 2016 & 2019 (Security Concepts, Core Services such as DFS, Print)
- PowerShell scripting fundamentals
- 5+ years of experience with Azure AD / Active Directory and Server administration across a large enterprise.
- Must be a self-starter and have ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Making sure that the incidents get resolved with the SLAs and ensure that the system goes through a scheduled patching process.
- Good Communication skills ( oral and technical )
- ITIL process awareness
