This Refund Policy applies to purchases of courses, classrooms, events, and subscriptions made through WebMagic Informatica (“WebMagic”, “we”, “us”). Please read it carefully before enrolling.
1. Once a Course or Classroom Has Started, It Is Non-Refundable
We do not offer refunds once you have started a self-paced course or once a classroom's live sessions have begun. This includes situations where you are unable to keep up or allocate sufficient time to attend sessions or complete the coursework. Consistent participation and time management are the learner's responsibility — being unable to make time for a course you've already started is not a service failure on our part and does not qualify for a refund, regardless of how much of the content or how many sessions you actually attended.
2. Before a Classroom Starts
If you cancel your enrollment in a live classroom at least 3 days before its scheduled start date, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days of the start date, or after the classroom has started, are not refundable.
3. Self-Paced Courses
For self-paced courses (no fixed start date), you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not accessed any lesson content. Once you have opened a lesson, or the 48-hour window has passed, the purchase is non-refundable.
4. Subscriptions (Standard / Premium / Trial)
- You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing, but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period — you retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
- We do not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused days within a paid billing cycle.
- The free trial can be cancelled at any time during the trial at no cost.
5. Exceptions — When a Refund Is Available
Regardless of the above, we will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate payment).
- A technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing purchased content, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
- We cancel or indefinitely postpone a classroom or event before it starts, and no suitable alternate batch is available.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your order/receipt details and the reason for your request. We review each request against the eligibility rules above and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to your original Razorpay payment method and typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Certificates
Completion certificates already issued are not affected by a refund and cannot be revoked once issued.
