These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WebMagic Informatica platform (“WebMagic”, “we”, “us”), including our courses, live instructor-led classrooms, events, learning paths, career tracks, certifications, subscriptions, blog, community, and jobs board (together, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Your Account
- You must provide accurate name, email, and phone number to register.
- Your account is personal to you; you may not share your login credentials or resell access to your account.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Enrollment & Classroom Participation
Courses may be self-paced or delivered as live, cohort-based classrooms with a fixed schedule. When you enroll in a classroom, you commit to a specific start date and session schedule. Attending sessions and keeping up with coursework is your responsibility— enrolling does not guarantee you will complete the course, and we are not responsible for outcomes affected by your own availability or time management. 3. Subscriptions
Standard, Premium, and Trial subscription plans grant access to our course catalog and related perks as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change subscription pricing or features going forward; changes will not retroactively alter a period you have already paid for.
4. Payments
All payments are processed in INR through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices shown on the Platform are as displayed at checkout, inclusive of any taxes noted there. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is valid and sufficiently funded.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: once a course or classroom has started, purchases are non-refundable, including where you are unable to allocate time to complete it.
6. Certificates
Completion certificates are issued automatically when you meet a course's or classroom's stated completion requirements. Certificates reflect completion of Platform content only and do not constitute a guarantee of employment, licensure, or third-party accreditation unless explicitly stated for that course.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, record, redistribute, or resell course content without our written permission.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or abuse other learners, instructors, or staff in community spaces.
- Attempt to circumvent payment, access controls, or security measures.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All course content, videos, materials, and the Platform itself are owned by WebMagic Informatica or our instructors/licensors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content for your own learning — not a license to copy, distribute, or use it commercially. Tool and certification logos displayed on the Platform belong to their respective trademark owners and are used for identification purposes only.
9. Jobs Board
The jobs board connects learners with third-party hiring and financing partners. WebMagic is not the employer for any listed role, does not guarantee interviews or placement, and is not responsible for the terms offered by any hiring or financing partner.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that course content will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that completing a course will lead to any particular outcome (e.g. a job or certification). To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebMagic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
